| Local supermarket has a great offer - 4 cans John West for £2.50 - so I indulged! Usually, it's mayonaise and salad or something with pasta. Anyone got any recipes more interesting? Bearing in mind I'm a solo individual and don't have mountains of ingredients in the cupboards. Suzie |

| I'm not mad on tuna, but it is okay as a filling for a jacket spud. |

Cook off some pasta twirls (or pen), drain and stir in a little mayo (I add prawns too but thats optional)
Add tuna and mix with a little lemon juice and black pepper to taste.
Delicious hot or cold. _________________

Tuna and Cheese melt is really lovely,
You could chop a spring onion in it, or slices of tomato.
Doesn't matter what bread you use, just use what you like and what you have.
Chop the tuna in a bowl, mix in the chopped spring onion (if you have it), spread out on a slice of bread, slice some tomato, place on top and then grate some cheese on top.
Pop under the grill and let the cheese melt into the tuna.
Serve!!
and enjoy. _________________
